We offer fresh, local food prepared to order. Our concept is fast casual, which means that Enso is not a full-service restaurant- You place your order at the counter and we will serve it to you. Our Chef painstakingly prepares and artfully arranges each order. While you are waiting, our baristas will make your loose leaf tea drinks with our own special blends and pure teas. Sit back and enjoy the relaxing environment and watch the birds outside flitting about at the feeders. Feel free to come back to counter at any time to get your water refilled for your tea cup or teapot or to check out our house-made desserts. Reservations are always appreciated.

Matcha is a Japanese green tea that has been shade-grown and dried. The veins are removed and the tea is gournd into a powder. There are all types of tea grades and we select a super, high quality matcha that is emerald green and chocked full of minerals and vitamins- this powder is whisked in a chawan or bowl with a chasen or Japanese whisk. It is layered in freshly whipped cream and drizzled with agave nectar. It is served in a traditional chawan bowl that has been created by our in house potter, Karen Markgraff. Drink it slowly and enjoy. Karen takes special orders for her handcut chawans.
