Blooming Teas - Unity
There is a story of a farmer in Su Zhou City having three sons living in penury. The father had to go far away from his home to make money for the family. Two years later, he brought back a bundle of saplings, which were called fragrant flowers. The saplings were planted next to tea bushes in the eldest son’s garden. Surprisingly, the teas from that garden were scented with the unique fragrance and sold extremely well in the tea marketplaces. The other two sons felt it wasnt fair so the farmer spread the eldest son’s profits from the tea sales and saplings among the three of them. Since then, they united together and named the tea as Mu Li Hua Kai, which means that selfish interests should be last. Drinking this tea implicates that unity brings success. We simply call this tea Unity.
