This tea is a blend of sweet amber oolong and schisandra berries, flavored with the essence of plum. Delicious as an iced tea. This is not a Petali Blend. Designed by one of our talented tea vendors.
This “semi-fermented” or oxidized tea literally translates as Black Dragon in Chinese. It is mainly produced in China or Taiwan. Oolongs have three classifications: Fragrant, Amber and White Tip. They are oxidized 15%, 30-40% and 70-80% respectively. It is between green and black tea. Oolong goes through a very careful drying, rolling and steaming process before the short “fermentation “ process.
