The Petali Teas shopping cart is a secure SSL ecommerce database, maintained on a separate secure server from the web pages.

When you input your order, you are on this insecure server until you are called upon to enter any personal information. At that point, you will be switched to the secure server pages, as indicated by the 'https' in the address bar and by the 'locked' lock icon at the bottom of your browser pages.

Once your order is complete, the shop owner is sent an email without any of your order or personal information on it, informing him only that an order is waiting on the secure server. This way, the order information only exists on the secure server until it is retrieved.

You personal information, including email address, is regarded by us as very confidential, and will not be used for any other purpose than completing and shipping your order.

RETURN POLICY: Please inspect order upon receipt   Full refund for damage claims made within 3 days. We personally work with each customer to ensure the best fit based on the information provided. All sales are final. Refunds are only honored if we made an error with your order or are not able to ship.  Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the receipt of your order.

We reserve the right not to accept any dresses with stains, wear, alternations or odors such as smoke or perfumes. Dresses must have originals tags attached.
