Coastal Hibiscus 1 oz

Grown by us in the marshlands of coastal Georgia. We start our plants from seeds and pamper them through the growing season using organic gardening methods. This pesticide-free crop, not intercropped with peanuts like most commercial hibiscus, is hand-picked at the optimal time. Each caylx is evaluated and inspected for quality. We deseed each calyx by hand. Only the best caylxes are selected to be dehydrated and packaged for our customers.
 
We recommend steeping 1 heaping tablespoon infused in 8 ozs. of water at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The color is bright translucent red with a refreshing tart flavor. Our hibiscus is sold whole, not cut and sifted.
