At Petali Teas, we want to make your online shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Our tea is made fresh to order, just for you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily track your package. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. When possible we use recycled boxes and packing material to reduce waste to the landfills.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Petali Teas. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team by email at mootzrun@yahoo.com. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us so we can evaluate your concern. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange the item as per your request.
