Tell us about yourself

We are always seeking vendors to amplify the impact of the ELEPHANT APPROVED® mission and are thrilled that you are considering becoming a part of our initiative. By carrying ELEPHANT APPROVED® products, your business is contributing to the mitigation of Human Elephant Conflict and ultimately helping our organization save both human and elephant lives. We would love to hear about your business and your passion for wildlife conservation.


Step 1

Please send an email to indicating your desire to carry ELEPHANT APPROVED® products. Please include what type of business that you have and the location of your business. Include you sales tax or EIN number.

Step 4

We prepare all tea to order. Please allow 10 to 15 business days to receive your order. We have a vast catalog of recipes and do not keep inventory items on hand. Fresh is best!

Step 2

Once approved, we will send an email with a link to our most current catalog. Please review the ordering, shipping, and payment information. Our minimum is 1 lb. of tea.

Step 5

We will email our ELEPHANT APPROVED® logo, both a jpeg and ping to use with your marketing materials. Prepare your display and merchandising signage to highlight your ELEPHANT APPROVED® products. 

Step 3

We prefer to receive all orders via email ( and will respond with a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, we have not received your order and you will need to send a text to 740-816-1500.

Step 6

Share your social media campaign with us so we can help promote your plan.

We will mail marketing materials as they become available.
